How we process your order

Turnaround from receiving your order to posting out your kit will normally be within 5 days. Chart only orders can be sent out in just a few days, usually the day following your payment.

Design from your photo
Placing an order

Place your order for cross stitch and tapestry chart or kit using the Order Form. Fill in the form to tell us what you want to order and upload your image. You can always email us if you are not sure and need some more information firsts.

Order confirmation

​

You will get a conformation message. Please then post your image if that is your chosen method. The address can be found on the Contact Me page.

Design proof

​

You will then receive your free colour proof, an impression of the final stitched image.

​

​

Agreeing your design proof

​

You must confirm that you are happy with the colour proof before we process your order. If you are not happy with it, please let us knowwhat changes to make, and we will amend your design and send another proof. Once you are happy, send payment via bank transfer or cheque.

Receiving your order

​

We will confirm when payment has been received and process your order.

Your order will be sent to you by 1st class post. If you ordered just a chart, we can send it as a PDF via email if you prefer.

Any photograph sent by post will be returned to you with your order.
